Do The Kings of Styling have physical stores?

We currently operate exclusively online, with potential retail expansions in the future.


My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@thekingsofstyling.com with clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging. Once the carrier validates the claim, we will replace the affected item(s).


What is your price-matching policy?

We do not offer price matching for exclusive or brand-specific products.
If another authorized retailer is offering the same product at a lower price, we can review a price-match request with proof from their website.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes. We offer subscription options with 15% off when you choose monthly delivery. You may pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

My shaving brush is shedding. Is that normal?

Yes. Mild shedding is normal during the first few uses. This will decrease as the brush fibers settle.


Do your straight and safety razors come with blades?

Yes. All razors include a box of 10 blades.


What is PU leather?

PU leather is a durable synthetic material made from split leather coated with polyurethane. It offers the look and feel of leather with added resistance to wear.


Do you accept returns on used Alleyoop makeup?

We do not accept returns on used or opened Alleyoop makeup products for hygienic and safety reasons.
If you need application tips or product support, we recommend contacting Alleyoop directly for additional guidance.


SHIPPING

What carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
For international destinations, we use UPS and DHL.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide.
Please note that import duties and taxes for Canada and all international destinations are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.


How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the following Monday.

  • During holidays, processing may take 3 to 4 business days.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes:

  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders $45+

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders $110 CAD+ (Duties not included)


Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?

Yes. We ship to all U.S. states and territories. Transit times may vary based on location.


I already placed my order, but I need to update my shipping address.

If your order has not shipped, we can update the address.
Please email support@thekingsofstyling.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.


What if my package is lost or missing?

If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Look around the delivery area

  • Verify any delivery photo or signature

  • Check for attempted delivery notices

  • Contact the carrier directly for further assistance

Important:
We monitor claims for abuse. All lost, missing, wrong, or damaged item claims must be reported immediately upon receipt. Damaged or incorrect items, along with packaging, must be retained for carrier review.
We reserve the right to limit or deny reshipments or credits.


My package never arrived. What should I do?

You have 14 days from the shipment date to notify us.

Before reaching out, please:

  1. Review your tracking number for delivery updates

  2. Check any delivery photo from the carrier

  3. Ask neighbors or building staff

  4. Confirm the package was not signed for by someone else

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
