Do The Kings of Styling have physical stores?
Currently, our operations are exclusively online with potential future expansions.
 

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Occasionally, incidents may occur during transit. We work with our carriers to replace the product(s) once claims are validated and approved. Kindly reach out to customer service at support@thekingsofstyling.com and provide images of the affected product.


What is your price-matching policy?

The Kings of Styling products are exclusive and do not offer price matching for similar items. Price match is available for products from other retailers on our site with proof of the item and its cost directly from their website. Contact us at support@thekingsofstyling.com.

My Shaving Brush is shedding, is that normal?
Yes, your brush will shed during the first few uses.
 

Do your straight and safety razors come with blades?
Yes, both items will come with a box of 10 blades.
 

What is PU leather?
It’s an artificial leather material made with split leather (the fibrous part of the hide left over from making genuine leather) which has been coated with polyurethane. 

 

SHIPPING

What carriers do you use for shipping?
USPS and UPS for shipping.
 

Do you have Internationally Shipping?
Yes, we currently ship globally. We provide shipping through DHL and UPS based on the destination.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • Orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship the next business day. 
  • Orders placed during the holiday season may take 3 to 4 days to process and ship. 
  • Orders placed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

 

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders of $45 or more receive free standard shipping.
 

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?
Yes, orders can be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
 

I've already placed my order, but I need to update my shipping address.
In the event that your order has not been shipped, adjustments to the shipping address can be made. Kindly reach out to us at support@thekingsofstyling.com with the updated shipping address along with your order number.


What if my package is lost or missing?

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members
  2. Look around the delivery location
  3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
  4. Contact the carrier directly, who can assist further

Note: The Kings of Styling monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong, and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong, and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, or missing items must be retained (including the shipper). The Kings of Styling reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.

 

My package never arrived

  • You have 30 days from the date the order is shipped to contact us about a missing order.
  • First, check the carrier tracking number from your ship confirmation email to confirm delivery status.
  • Sometimes a shipping carrier will mark a package as delivered before delivery is actually made. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be delivered once the package is marked delivered.
  • Contact the carrier directly if tracking indicates proof of delivery, but you cannot locate the package after reviewing the delivery photo and checking with neighbors or the person who signed for the delivery.
  • Most carriers provide a picture of the delivery and, if the package was signed for, the name of the person who signed for the package is displayed.
  • Once the carrier has marked your order as delivered, all risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from The Kings of Styling to you.
  • If you suspect your package was stolen, we recommend you file a police report rather than contacting us.
  • If carrier tracking indicates an issue with the order delivery, contact us.
