You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. During the Holiday season, orders can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note there may be delays in popular items due to demand. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., preordered and back-ordered items).

All shipments to Canada are delivered duty paid, so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout.
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund minus the shipping cost. If you would still like to purchase undeliverable items, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you mistakenly put the incorrect shipping address on an order, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for this, and you will not be refunded.
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
