ORDERS AND SHIPPING

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. During the Holiday season orders can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note there may be delays in popular items due to demand. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of preorder and backorder items).

Based on product availability and demand, all orders will ship as follows

Orders placed Monday-Thursday will ship next business day.
Orders placed Friday, Saturdays and Sundays will ship the following Monday.
Orders placed during the holiday seasons may take 2 to 3 days to process and ship.

UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please enter a valid residence or business address for successful delivery using this shipping option.

Free Shipping is offered via USPS on orders of $45 or more with an estimated arrival of 4-6 business days (within the contiguous United States) from the date shipped.
Orders using USPS shipping service can be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Canada

For a limited time only: Get free shipping when you spend $80+ CAD
All shipments to Canada are delivered duty paid, so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout.

STANDARD

Standard service is offered at a flat rate of $6.95 with an estimated arrival within 3-5 business days (within the contiguous United States) from the date shipped.
Either UPS or USPS will be used to ship your order.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING

UPS Ground Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $9.95 with an estimated arrival within 3-4 business days (within the continental United States) from the date shipped.
Deliveries are made between 8AM and 8PM Monday-Friday.
Tracking is provided via UPS.
Not available in US territories, FPO, and APO.

UPS 2ND DAY DELIVERY

2nd Day Delivery is offered at a flat rate of $21.95 with a guaranteed arrival of 2 business days from the date shipped.
Deliveries are made between 8AM and 8PM Monday-Friday.
Tracking is provided via UPS.
Not available in US territories, FPO, and APO.

UPS NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Please allow 24 hours for processing
Next day air service is offered through UPS at a flat rate of 34.95 with a guaranteed arrival of 1 business day (within the continental United States) from the date shipped.
Deliveries are made between 8AM and 8PM Monday-Friday.
Tracking is provided via UPS.
Not available in US territories, FPO, and APO.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund minus the shipping cost. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

If you mistakenly put the incorrect shipping address on an order, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for this and you will not be refunded.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESS

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
