Brooklyn Grooming pomades are back and with a  new and improved recipe. Those of you that have tried their previous pomade will be pleased with the new formula which is gummier in texture and washes out easily with shampoo.

Their Old School Pomade is based on the classic pomade texture (a perfect balance of greasy, waxy and gummy) but achieved here without the addition of animal fats and petroleum products.

Instead, candellila wax and shea butter come together with castor oil to combine and form a light, breathable styling grease that gives your hair a beautifully moldable, moveable hold.

For people with dry hair, the pomade can function as a conditioner of sorts, locking in moisture by coating the hair with a nourishing, organic seal of protection.

Directions for use:

Apply the pomade to near-dry hair. A minimal amount of moisture will help to incorporate the grease. Avoid applying to fully wet hair, or you'll get a greasy, weighed-down, gummy effect, as opposed to the greased, coiffed effect that appears more natural.
